Tad Welborn has invited us to his ranch in Springville for a drive in the country followed by a bar-b-que dinner.
Meet at the farm at 10:00 for a drive or come later to see the shop and socialize.
There are several options for places to stay in Porterville and for Saturday dinner if you want to make it a weekend.
Tad will fire up his smoker to make pulled pork and grill some tri-tip and chicken.
Dinner with sides and drinks, $25. Bring a bottle of wine.
